As I am finishing up my series of blogs on grief I thought I would end with grieving the loss of a sibling. Sibling relationships are one of the most significant relationships we have. We learn to love, play, argue, compete. support & how to be a friend. Our siblings are the people who witness & experience our childhoods with us. So I can only imagine how hard it would be to lose a sibling at any age.
I have included some articles I have found helpful in understanding how complex grieving the loss of a sibling can be,
