In a follow up to my link about how anxiety can be confused with ADHD & other disruptive disorders, here are some good tips about how to help our kids manage anxious feelings. I do think it is important to note that we can not avoid feelings or make them go away. It is more about teaching our kids how to manage our feelings & develop appropriate coping strategies.
